To feel full longer, try nuts (especially almonds and walnuts). This is not some diet myth but it has actually been scientifically proven that the fats and proteins in nuts keep you full longer AND they're essential for healthy nutrition. Also, complex carbs (as in whole grain bread and cereal) also keep you satiated.
I think you did good with what you ate today. you probably did eat too little (or at least foods that have high water content and not much calories), which is why you're feeling hungry. Make sure you get a real meal for dinner.
try a good quality sausage
large salad. soup
You've had a lot of starch and carbs. Your body digests it like sugar, and you get hungry more quickly. You need some protein, and even if you're dieting, a little fat to remain full. Eat half a turkey sandwich, or even better, a small salad with turkey and or chickpeas. Lacking that, some peanut butter or some cheese. (And Hungary is a country, you're just plain hungry).
something with protein and less sugar. Maybe you didn't drink enough...I get hungry when I'm unknowingly thirsty.
try the special k20 drinks, they really help you control your hunger
Trail Mix! Fruit and nuts.
You may need to re-adjust your eating time. You might be going through a period in which your metabolism is high. Sometimes you eat good stuff but not enough for your body. You may want to look at taking a multi-vitamin to supplement the are in you meal that you lacked like protein & green veggies. Lunch should be your biggest meal. Snack should be something that boost your energy; something strong in natural sugars like fruit (fresh or dried) & good iron content.
You ate too many carbs, and not enough protein.
Add a piece of chicken, and a big glass of skim milk during the day, and you will feel better.
Also, choose fruits that are harder, like pears or apples....your body uses up the sugars slower, and more evenly.
Take a multivitamin with dinner, if you aren't already. Your body isn't getting enough good nutrition, and you still feel hungry afterwards.
