The reason why we can't eat chicken and egg after an operation?!

Question: I have never heard that one. I actually was served eggs, cereal, toast, juice and coffee after surgery in the hospital. Of course it was the next morning, but I did fine. Possibly that is an ole wives tale? I say eat up! Well, that is if your doc says too! lol
