You could do game meat jerky kits. I've seen them in antelope, caribou, bear, etc. Check with Cabella's online or just google "exotic meat" and see what you come up with. I gave my husband a jerky gift pack a couple of years ago and he loved it!
Heavenly Ham! The best ham ever! The company that my dad works for sends them out every year, they cost anywhere from $50-$75 each, depending on what size you get.

I know it may not be unique - but trust me on this. Starbucks coffee!!! A lot of office buildings have crappy coffee. A nice Starbucks gift basket will make the love you! You can even order some of the special syrup online so they can jazz it up a bit.
My Corporate office got a nice gift box from Starbuck's a couple of months ago and everyone loved it! Plus, every time we used it we thought of the vendor that had brought it to us.

*Crackers & Pretzel Sticks ( and the like) with various cheeses,dips and pickles.
* Sweet & Savoury Treats, such as Lindt chocolate, Godiva chocolate biscuits, wafer biscuits, cashews & peanuts.
*Mixture of Walker's Shortbread, Golden Walnut Cookies and other fine biscuits.
*Chocolate lover's Treat, gift basket of chocolate from around the world like Swiss Lindt Truffles, Chocolate Orange Slices, Almond rolls, Swiss Chocolate Bar, Ferraro Rocher chocolate and a huge Toblerone bar.
* Various freshly baked bread rolls with jars of jams/peanut butter and cordiments.
Our company gives out really nice steaks, filets and strips, from a local butcher shop. They are a BIG hit!!! That would not work for vegetarions though...
