lemon juice and sugar, make a scrub. it might take a few tries...
If soap and water don't work try washing dry hands with alcohol and soap. or nail polish remover! Salt and the above can be used as an abrasive.
Good luck!
.
soap
Have you tried nail polish remover? That stuff is strong - I remember taking off my Barbies' faces with it ;)
. If fingernail polish remover doesn't work-dishwasher detergent like Cascade. Use a nailbrush and scrub it off. then make sure you use plenty of hand cream to soften up your hands for the wedding
Dilute bleach by about 1part bleach to 5 parts water. The bleach will do the job. Be sure to rinse your hands well afterward.
Bleach is also great for using on counter tops for disinfecting them. It only takes about a bleach bottle cupful to a gallon of water to make.... very little bleach. Sure beats paying a fortune for bottled stuff that usually is the same thing.
Bleach if worst comes to worst, but you'll smell of bleach for a few hours so do it before you go to bed and not first thing in the morning!
