if it didn't taste bad, then it's OK. don't worry that happened to me too. i also drank a Gatorade from 2006....it tasted kinda weird but nothing happened. i noticed it after i drank the whole thing....=o)
Not really actually yogurt is one of those things that you really shouldnt eat when expired unlike most food products it could make u pretty sick

smell it, if it smells sour or has any stench at all it is BAD, if you eat it and you feel sick then it is BAD, common sense throw it away.

Well did it taste spoiled ? Yogurt is cultured, and like sour creme and cottage cheese last for a while after the sell by date if it tasted normal and wasn't lumpy or watery you will probably be fine. =]
you can eat it a week after shelf date expires... any longer than that throw it away

not really. If the sell by date is Sept 22 it would have been alright if you would have eaten it 2 or 3 days after the sell by date but no more.
Try to eat or toss items on the exp date.
no its not because its a dairy product. but if u like to go the bathroom after it sure why not
