What the diffrent between a frozen yougert and Ice cream?!

Question: Ice cream is frozen cream and milk solids blended with other flavors (chocolate, fruit etc); frozen yogurt is just that....yogurt that has been blended and frozen. The REAL difference is in the calorie and fat content (yogurt is far lower in both than whole ice cream).

I think there is less sugar in frozen yogurt and well one has yogurt other has milk i think.
