Whole wheat flour will always have more fat grams than white flour due to the wheat germ.

Switch brands or make it yourself. I don't have that problem with the whole wheat bread I buy or make. Read the labels and you'll find one that doesn't have all the "grease". (Which one do you get? I've never found one that is greasy or high in fat.)

I've never had that problem. Maybe you should try a different brand.
Whole wheat is better for you because it still has all of the stuff we need in it. It contains essential elements in it. Bleached or enriched means all the good stuff for us has been taken out. It does benefit our body whatsoever. I just bought whole wheat from an organic store and yes, it weighs much more than white, but it wasn't greasy. Just full of flavor and it filled me up fast. About half a slice was enough.
