How do you stretch your stomach to prepare for a food eating contest?!

Question: Let me share this answer from a yahoo member

Never done it before, but here's what makes sense to me. For about 3 weeks before the contest, eat very heavily to stretch out the stomach muscles. Do chewing excercises such as chewing on a big piece of rubber. 2 days before the contest, stop eating to build up a gigantic appetite. Start taking antacids so your stomach can take it when the time comes. That's all I got. GOOD LUCK!

Starve yourself for a looooong time :] it worked for my aunt when she was in an eating contest............btw she won too :]

drink a cup of warm water..

Starving yourself for a long time actually shrinks your stomach. Your best bet is to gradually eat more and more at each meal. That will start to strech your stomach more and more without the pain. If you dont have enough time to do that then you will have to stuff your face at each meal and endure the pain.

eat and drink a lot of nothing foods. Eat a bunch of celery and cabbage, drink tons of water the day before. don't eat a damn thing for about 12 hours before the contest except maybe a few antacids or pepto. Go to town!

Whatever you do, do not starve yourself. You will eat too much of the food at once, and your stomach will be full. Dont drink too much water, and hopefully you`ll do good.
