None - I just scoff an uncut loaf bit by bit. At the mo I have a thing for farmhouse bread, but I'm slowly going back to the thick-cut white unhealthy stuff.

Far too many.

3 so far today - all toasted with butter and peanut butter :o) breakfast and lunch! having a lazy day!!

3 Large sized at most. Some days I don't eat any bread.

2 is sufficient but if you dont eat bread every day you should be ok.
What a random question.

usually 6.

6-8

Some days I don't eat any bread. I decide daily how I'm going to get my grains and other carbs. When I do have regular (whole wheat or whole grain) slices of bread, it's usually just one or a half Engl. muffin. There are some breads (Pepperidge makes one), that are only 30 gr (that's gram weight in the serving size on the nutrition label) per slice. Sometimes I'll have 2 of those, but again... not every day. I'll have a whole sm. whole wheat pita. I use those for sandwiches too.

It comes and goes, some days I do not eat any bread and others I will eat 4-6 slices.

Depends on what i'm having.

usually 4-6.
