Do you eat breakfast?!

Question: Why or why not?

Answers: Why or why not?

Yes, I love breakfast, normally toast with cheese spread on it and then jam, and as long as there's a BIG cup of coffee on the side, I'm set for the day.

yes.i need to

Yes, I eat it. Skipping meals and starving yoru body makes your metabolism slow down. I want mine as fast as possible! :-)

Yeah, think about it, when you go to sleep and wake up it been 8 hours of not eating =S

no theres never time

Yes but not till after I get to work ............ big bowl of honey porridge and a slice of toast washed down with a builders cup of tea.

No, I usually don't except occasionally on weekends. I would rather sleep in a little longer and go without eating, so it's a matter of time. I have never eaten breakfast, even when I was a child.

I had a two egg omelet about 0700, 20 minutes ago.
Medical reasons that I will not go into.

I love breakfast!
Helps me start the day right. I always make sute I have protein (eggs or greek yogurt) and a whole wheat toast! and a cup of coffee on my way to work..
I feel energized and powerful and awake.

I have never been able to eat breakfast. When I was a kid, my mom forced me to eat a bowl of cereal or something before I left for school. When I got into Jr. high and above, she left me alone and I usually snacked sometimes around 10am. I actually get a little sick thinking of food the first thing in the morning.
I honestly don't think that it's good to force anyone to eat when they don't want to.
Huge food issues later in life, believe me.
Between that and belonging to the "clean plate club", I was forced to eat alot growing up, and swore I would NEVER force my kids to do the same.

I do occasionally on weekends or holidays. It is a matter of how much time I have in the mornings. There is not enough time during the week.

most of the time i dont eat breakfast because when i wake up to school or w.e i never feel up to eating anything even when its been made for me, i feel kind of nauseous i guess.

yes, because I spend many hours at the office and the second meal and that's the lunch will be late every day.
so at least the break fast I should not miss it

yes...99% of the time. If I don't eat I have trouble making it though the morning. I'm also on meds and if I don't eat the meds will make me feel awful.

i always try to eat a little something. if you skip breakfast, you're metabolism slows down a lot. you need food to kick-start you metabolism in the morning, if not you don't start naturally burning fat until after you eat lunch. if food makes you sick in the morning or you dont have time, get some breakfast shakes. Carnation makes a really good one that comes in a bunch of different flavors and is filled with protein so it speeds up your metabolism in the morning.

yup...most important meal of the day.

i honestly don't eat breakfast as soon as i get up.... cause I'm really not that hungry.... but when I'm ready to eat i make myself something... but i cant wake up in the morning and skip breakfast and go straight to lunch... I'll eat a bowl of cereal in morning if i have too. It just doesn't feel right...

i do have breakfast i am always hungry in the morning, i have toast or cereal or a bagle nothing too heavy but i do sometime have a bacon sarnie at the weekend or scrambled egg, yum xxx

Yes, I have oatmeal, and a banana every morning. Wow! that sounds boring. lol

At home or on the run. Its a ritual habit with me.

yes. cause its good to eat breakfast so ur brain will cope with school and u will be smarter and prettier!

Yes, My hubby made an omelet with goat cheese and lox. We were hungry.

yes because i tend to be hungry in the morning..

yes,because I am a diabetic

Yes I do but i have an horrible work shift I get up at 2;30 in the morning to get to work by 4am. I eat, but i usually drink some protein water around 4 or so and then eat food between 6 and 8 so i'm not starving a few hours later. I just can't stomach food at 3 am not really all that hungry

Yes,everyday! ;-)
