My favourite classic dessert is Eton Mess or Summer Pudding and my favourite classic desert has to be the Sahara or the Mojave.
In this order:
Jam roly poly
Sultana pudding
Baked jam roll
B&B pudding
Rice pudding the Spanish way (Arroz con leche)
Steamed jam sponge

number one betterst desert is smahara and they numbers two is nevada now you no so now i answer more bigger lettered question about spotteed rollypoly so i must tell you know that my uncel roygbiv did mostly horible things and most of worst was playing rolly poly game but i never let him jam and also i dont no if it was spotted thank you good luck!
Jam and a bit of roly poly works for me, don't think I've tried spotted dick, probably couldn't get past the name...
It depends, if the jam Roley poly is steamed or boiled. . If it is boiled then yes jam Roley poly. If it is steamed then no, I would then choose the spotted dick. But custard should be served with both.

Yes please, either will be super!! But, if I must choose then jam roly ;poly it must be.
But choice of favourite all time dessert would have to bread and butter pudding, with my Dad's favourite twist. Adding Chocolate chips and orange zest and juice, making it orange and chocolate b & b pudding. Superb, email me if you want the full recipe!
It's got to be jam roly poly with loads of custard. Closely followed by spotted spotted dick. If I can't have either of those it would have to be sticky toffee sponge or steamed ginger sponge. Or all of the above!
