I'm in Peru (That's in south america.. just in case) and here there are two ways of buying such meat. The first one is going to the market and asking just for red meat and the seller will give you any cut from the cow bones included. Such things costs around 6 Soles per kg(1.80 american dollars).
The other way is to go to a smaller shop or a supermarket, and you ask for a specific cut from the cow, in which case the prices may vary. The most expensive one can cost 15 Soles per kg (4.80 american dollars).
