get white/italian bread, cheese, ham-about 3-4 layers, and lightly spread the mayo on the bread. now get yourself a glass of water and enjoy!

Want to make it look REALLY eye-appealing? Alternate the ham and the cheese.

THEN put the rest of the sandwich together - on toasted stone ground whole wheat bread. DEEEElicious!
