I bought a coconut, now what?!

Question: I bought a half of a coconut at the store, it has a lime in it. what do i do now? how do i eat it? Help me..PLEASE!?

I took a butter knife and a hammer then stuck the knife in and hammered a hole. Once i got the hole i poured the coconut milk into a glass. Then i pulled the coconut in half and yanked the white flesh of of the hard shell.
P.S. You can eat any brown that is left on the flesh.

Scrape the insides out and just eat that i guess

You can pry the meat out of the shell and eat it. Fresh coconut is delicious. You can also grate the flesh and freeze it or toast it for use in recipes. I don't know what the lime is for.
