WHERE are you going to have your turkey day and what will you be doing and eating?!

Question: My daughter and I will be bringing turkey and the trimmings to my dad, who has Alzheimer's Disease and can no longer cook. Just hope we'll be able to duplicate his "Famous Stuffing Recipe"! :-)

I will be going to my boyfriend's parents' house. I don't have enough time off work to drive to my parents in Mississippi. I think we will be having turkey, dressing, greenbean casserole, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, deviled eggs, pumpkin pie, apple pie, etc.

chula vista ca.... at home possibly alone. cooking steak , crab and shrimp scampi partnered with steamed veggies .

I will be at my parents, eating turkey, potatoes, and fruitsalid. It will end with pumpkin pie....

I will be at my house with my mother. My grandma and aunt are coming down to celebrate. It is going to be a lot of fun

My boyfriend and I are staying home and cooking. The day before we will brine the turkey and make a carrot cake for our T-Day dessert. On Thanksgiving we will pop the turkey in the oven and kick back. Our menu will be turkey, homemade sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, whole berry cranberry sauce, and carrots. There will be a lot of leftovers. We will probably watch movies or listen to music, just enjoy each others company.

We rented a pavillion and we are having about 75 friends and relatives. Everyone is bringing something we are doing your normal Thanks giving food and also a southern boil and there is a park right there and fishing for the kids. Should be fun

Traveling to Lake Havasu City, AZ to enjoy the warm weather. Staying at a condo we're renting so I can do the cooking for the day. Somehow, eating out just isn't the same, I did that once!
Before the feast, we'll probably go out on the lake and do a little skiing or wakeboarding. (too stuffed after the feast to get out of the water!)

Already had my turkey day....Had to cook the turkey or it would've rotted. My turkey sat in the fridge for 1 week. I didn't trust it to make it another week. So roasting time came a week sooner. Thats ok, I'm by myself.

Well since it is just my husband and me, we will be eating out somewhere. We went to his mother's the past Sunday, and go to my parents this coming Sunday. Our children are with other family. This is just how ours has been the last few years.

Visiting my husband's side of the family in Illinois. I probably won't be eating much :( Recently had surgery and am limited on amount of food, but I'm sure we will have a nice time being with family.
