No it doesn't bother me at all. The only people who eat her food are herself and maybe the crew on the show. You are only require to wear hair nets if you are cooking for the public. Saying Rachel Ray should wear a hair net or hat would be like saying everyone who cooked meals at home should wear them too.
It's fine. Nobody's buying her food or anything. She probably helps eat it after the show. She's just showing how to make it. Do you wear a hairnet when you cook at home?
