What's the difference between regular apple pie and Dutch apple pie?!

Question: Regular apple pie has a second crust on top of it. Dutch apple pie has a crumb topping instead of a crust. This is the topping recipe I always use, and it comes out great:

1/3 c butter
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c flour
cut butter into flour and sugar with a fork or pastry blender until well mixed but clumpy.
