Popcorn question?!

Question: I have a concession popcorn popper. I want to purchase the pop weaver Naks Paks, but they come in sunflower or coconut oil. I'm not sure which to pick. Do you know anything about those types of oils? I'm looking for that bar style popcorn taste.

Definitely sunflower oil. Coconut oil is very delicious but it becomes solid at room temperature. Think what that can do to your arteries. I think it's called saturated fat.
