How long will fudge stay good in the fridge? Or can I freeze it? Will it still taste good?!

Question: I'm looking to start making fudge early for Christmas baskets to avoid the Christmas panic.

I haven't tried fudge in the freezer, but I have stored buttercreams for candy making in the freezer. They were still good over a month later. Therefore, I would think it would stay good in the freezer for a month. Be sure to check if there is anything stinky in the freezer first, because anything that contains animal fats (like the butter in fudge) will absorb ordors from other things in your freezer.

good luck!
