A really sharp aged cheddar on fresh baguette and grapes with a nice chianti.

Swiss

Fresh mozzarella. I LOVE the tomato, basil, red onion salads with fresh mozz & olive oil. Mmmmm!

cammen bear (speling may not be correct), with crackers, sundried tomatoes and a nice bottle of white wine.

plain old yellow american

mossalea,swiss and cheadar.i love it with totmato and basil.yummy!

Gouda, i love it plain but any cracker will do well with it

Dubliner. On HolGrain crackers. Sharp and yummy.

Stilton - the king of cheeses!

Hey Pedge it's Camenbert. I love a sharp twangy cheddar.

Muenster makes good grilled cheese
and I love cream cheese on bagels and such
but a good snacking cheese is always mozzarella and cheddar

Mozzarella. I eat it on cheese pizza.

Baked Brie is my favorite. Just pop it in the oven comes out nice and gooey with any crackers are great!

I can't decide. Either mozzerella or mild Provolon. I love both!!! :-) On crackers or pizza or just by itself.

Swiss is great. i like it on a really good turkey or tuna sandwich.

Cheddar cheese with Ritz crackers,yummy! ;-)

Gouda on sandwiches and crackers, Parmeseano Reggiano on food, and Feta Cheese with lavash or pita bread!

Brie! Brie in croute in delicious and great with wine. Wrap a whole brie with a little brown sugar in a sheet of puff pastry and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Very good.

Swiss cheese. Especially on Subway's subs.
