i heard that cashews are really good for you and they are some type of dieting snack because of one of the ingredients in them help to burn fat better as your exercise.i didnt really understand you question but if you think fyour eating to much dont worry they are good for you!!just dont go overboard .
After someone eats a lot of peanuts you can always find them in almost full origional state poking out of the feces. This name comes from a brittle hard toffee sweet containing nuts made in europe called nutty slack. the name is used because they look similar in appearence

Not sure what your question is. Nutty slack? Nuts are good for you in moderation. Too many cashews can be fattening, but a few a day can curb appetite. Lots of salt isn't good for you either. I would try to limit cashew binges.
