Answers: Im not sure if i can eat rhind or not lol.
Edam Cheese-My favorite!
You can eat the rind on brie and camembert and many other soft French type cheeses, the list is too long to mention all, just think of it in the same way as the crust on a loaf of bread. Edam and Gouda you cannot eat the rind and the same with Bavarian smoked cheese.
1) Cottage Cheese
2) Ricotta Cheese
3) Swiss -- I think
4)Cream Cheese
5) American individual slices....you only have to peel the wrapper off.....

Well, I will just name the cheeses I like.
Marble, swiss, havarti, gruyiere, cheddar, and brick.
Butter cheese is also nice but hard to find here!
