Is it true that if a new-mother eat lots of chilli during pregenancy, her breast-milk will taste spicy?!

Question: During the pregnancy, no. However, if you eat it while breastfeeding after the baby is born, that day the spices will pass onto the baby. Go for the more mild versions for a while and enjoy.

you should avoid spicy foods when breast feeding.

no

Your breast milk will taste like whatever it is you may eat. If it is spicy or oniony your baby may refuse it. OR pump untill your craving is gone.
