F) All of the above

All of the above... PLUS

People that have many more than 15 items!

People that have to pay with change, Not exact change, but that pull out the sack of pennies and start counting!!!!

People that are on food stamps (or whatever that is called) and have candy bars and sodas and try to get a pack of smokes using their card and argue with the cashier that "They used it before for this!"

The coupon freak, The person that has a coupon for every item in their cart, but half of them are expired or they didnt get the right size or right amount to be able to use the coupon and they argue with the cashier about it!

I'm gonna have to go with D. If you know the person that well to carry on a long conversation with them, do it on you own time!!

F, all the above

You know life is too short to worry about this kind of petty stuff, just move yourself into another line.

All the above!

D, no doubt. It happens all the time in my small town, where everyone knows each other.

People that write checks, and wait until the last minute to start writing it.

People who get in the express line that clearly have more than the item limit!

Cashiers that are not old enough to sell cigarettes and have to get somone else to get them and ring them up.

G - the person with more than 15 items

I can stand all but D

IT MAKES ME ANGRY!!!!

D) People that know the cashier on a personal level and decide to engage in a 14 minute conversation??

A - i hate it when someone fumbles with the wallet to count out pennies...

Old mountain men with a crush on you, and his son, both of whom smell like cat pee.

All the guys named Less that get use the register 15 items or Less.

Something else, the cashier goes as slow as can go, taking forever to ring up the items and put them in the bag.

F and E
and also too many people in line and there are only 2 checkers...........and their store says....customer satisfaction, and if there are too many people in line we will open other lines. Bosh!

Not having one of the 20 items or less counters open.

G. When people have to find the right credit card among the thousands they appear to own, or that darned coupon buried somewhere deep within their bag that saves very little when it is found.

g- supposedly you're in the express line because you want to expedite the whole shopping issue. So some idiots stand on line for a time, watch their items being scanned, listen to the cashier announce their total, and then, only then, do they start digging in their oversize Gucci pocketbooks for their wallet/checkbook/coin purse. Talk about LaLa land!

ok i thinnk that the most annoying thing is that people could just run into you and they dont say sorry or they give you a nasty look. Also when people drop somthing like a piece of celery or somthing a little bigger and they dont pick it up

F & G.....I can't stand when people who have over the limit and there *** still goes in the express line....Like if it's 15 items they have like 22....Then the cashier tells them only this once but you can't do this anymore.....That **** pisses me off.....Maybe this only happens in miami I don't know

G) (Something else) -- People who must get out checkbook, borrow pen, look for license ID, ask for date, cough, sneeze, pull up their pants/skirt, ask directions; all for a box of cough drops! And...chances are good that the check will "bounce"!

The person that has 20 items, then waits for the cashier to scan everything before they start rooting around looking for their check book.

G) People who decide to pay with their debit card but don't even know how to punch in their code properly. This is especially annoying when you're in the express lane. I see this almost every time I go to the supermarket. The express lane is supposed to be fast -- they should make it CASH ONLY.

f

people that fumble in their pocket or purse for the exact change...it takes forever

F! And also people that jump in front just to ask a question before you've been served when you only have a 15 min break! AARRRGGHH!!!! lol!!

I think you pretty well covered the gamut of supermarket checkout annoyances but don't you just hate it when you have nearly the maximum items and you're the only person in line and somebody comes up and says "I only have this, can I jump ahead of you?"

the absolutely most annoying thing is rude cashiers, no hello, no eye contact, no smile..... or when they are engaging in a conversation with a co worker and not paying attention or acknowledging your existance!!!! but yes all of the above....

when people think your'e not looking and try to steal out of your cart....

The one thing people can do that would be nice, is if you have a full basket of groceries, and there is a person behind you with a few items, allow them to go before you. I do this all the time. I can't see someone with three or four items standing there waiting for me if I had a boat load of groceries.

Some cashiers are nice, some are just putting in their time, no smile no nuttin. It would at least be nice to have a thank you.
