Any difference in taste between a Tom turkey and a Hen turkey??!


Question: The hen may be more tender that a Tom. In the long run; turkey is turkey. How you cook it can make it tender. Just follow the directions on the label and either will be great. Cooking too long will make it tough. Cooking not enough it won't be done all the way through.
