I use 75/25 ground round or chuck, season with "Better Burger" seasoning, then hand form the patty. Grill or pan fry depending on the weather. Top it off with cheese, BBQ sauce, mustard, onion, pickle, sometimes lettuce, on a toasted bun. Sometimes I'll use some smoke pelletts on my grill to give the burgers a nice smoke flavor, Jack Daniels or Mesquite is my favorite.
