A green or a red grape

It's the type of grape used. I'm pretty sure sultanas are green grapes and raisons are black grapes. But don't have a clue what currants are!

Is there a REASON that you have spelt RAISIN as RAISON !!!

A Sultana is dried green grape and a Raisin is a black grape a Currant is a small seedless raisins imported from Corinthia in southern Greece.
