O.k I'll re-phrase..... What should I do with a piece of meat that is only for brasing or casserole?!

Question: Brown the meat on all sides in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter. Place in a roasting pan, Add peeled and 1/4 rd. onions to your browning pan. Cook until toasty brown. Add to meat then add add liquid ( Meat stock, wine, beer or veggie stock)1/4 of the way up the meat. Cover tightly with foil and bake till tender . Approx. 15 per lb. You may add other veggies such as carrots or mushrooms. These are usually blended into the sauce as they are mush by the time the meat is done. Worcestershire sauce add nice flavor.

You can cut into cubes and marinate it for a few hours, then put them on skewers along with pineapple, capsicum, & onion. Cook on BBQ.
