Whats the difference between regular milk and evaporated milk?!

Question: Evaporated milk has had half its water boiled away so that it is thicker and richer than regular milk; it also comes in a can and can be evaporated whole or low fat milk.

I think evaporated is frozen??Well i think and regular is just chilled.

not really that much difference, one is in a plastic bottle and the other in a can. evaporated is a little bit thicker the regular milk but serves the same purpose
