WORST SMOOTHIE FOR YOU HEALTH, surprising!?!
Answers: The Jamba Juice Chocolate Moo'd Power Smoothie gets the Worst Drink nod. It's 900 calories, with 10 grams of fat and 166 grams of sugar. Did anyone know that? Tell me if you drink it and if you're gonna drink it again! Isn't it surprising, Jamba is suppossed to be healthy!

jamba juice is really good, but i mostly drink the natural stuff. im not a big fan of their milky ones. my favs r the mango ones and razzmatazz. they have some good drinks there

It must be very sweet or very large. 166 grams of sugar is what is contained in a large bottle of coke or a not so large bottle of apple juice.
it is very surprising but i dont drink it. jamba juice ive known is not as healthy as people think it is. people still keep drinkin it all the time. i only drink it once in a while. i havent drank it in about 1 yr.
i wouldnt tdrink it cuz then wen i get hyper, you dont want to see that dark side.its like getting drunk.seriously!!anyways, i wouldnt want to get like a heart atack or diabettis or get FAT
The moment you put the word smoothie into a beverage you are adding a great deal of fat and sugar.
Throw chocolate in there and you are just asking for a calorie feast.
Jamba juice is heatly if lets say you order the carrot apple juice. However the bulk of their sales is from Smoothies which contain a whole lot of fat, calories and sugar, regardless of the flavor. Throwing a shot of ginseng juice in what otherwise would be a chocolate milkshake does not make it health food.
Almost every fast food place has their nutritional stats posted online or available in a pamphlet in store. Get familiar with them. They are not trying to hide what goes into their foods, however they are counting on the consumer to choose to ignore the information.
