Would two parts Ceylon tea and one part Orange Pekoe make a nice blend of tea?!

Question: Ceylon tea is just tea from sri lanka, and Orange Pekoe (OP) is a grade of tea leaf (like regular is a grade of gasoline). If they are both black teas, go ahead and try. If not, do not mix them. Also, if the ceylon tea is much higher quality than the OP (if the box says TGFOP, or some other long list of numbers) do not mix them. That would be akin to mixing Rothschild Bordeaux with 2 Buck Chuck.

Try it, if you like it it's good.

No....just add a cinnamon stick to an ordinary cup of tea along wiz some ginger and peperment

Ceylon is tea from Sri Lanka and orange Pekoe is generally tea from India. I think it would make a very good blend. Incidentally, did you know that Lipon Ice tea is a blend of many many black teas? they need a consistent taste, so they make blends to get that Lipton taste.. it's really fascinating.
