What's in a lattee? I like them a lot but worry about calories and the caffeine.?!

Question: 1-2 shots of espresso and almost a cup of milk. The exact amounts depend on the place where you get it. It has about as much caffeine as a small cup of coffee. Contrary to popular belief, a shot of espresso does not have more caffeine than a regular cup of coffee. If you stick to one a day, and get a skim milk latte, it has about 80 calories, so it's not bad for you. A 2% has about 120 calories.
Try to avoid adding flavored sugary syrups or whipped cream, because that adds at least 50-100 calories. If you add all the works, a large latter can have up to 400 calories, so be careful.
If you're sensitive to caffeine, avoid drinking more than 1 latte a day, or try drinking decaf lattes- most coffee shops have them.

Alot of milk. It can have sugar but some don't.

Let me spell this out for all of you, a cappuccino is one third steamed milk, a third, steamed espresso and a third foam. A latte is literally just hot milk and coffee. Anything else is a lie. What they are passing off as such makes me sick. Latte's are not what you get in most coffee shops, that is just hot milk. It should be half and half.
