I use lite milk in my coffee when I have coffee, but at the moment i'm having Earl Grey Tea each morning & I don't have milk with that.
I've drank 2% so long now that whole mike taste like drinking butter to me.

Growing up...my Dad worked on a dairy....we grew up on whole milk...skimmed the cream right off the top...it was wonderful. Now I drink 1%. It's as low as I can go. Tried skim. My Dad says skim is what they mop up off the dairy floor at the end of the day.......ick! Once in a while I buy a quart of whole as a treat. I love it in my Mocha.
