Why do some 'squash' drinks give me a headache?!

Question: I'm 16 and when i dink certain 'squash' drinks i get headaches, i don't get them from lemon squash or pure juices, but drinks like blackcurrent and 'Fruit shoots' give me major headaches. Why is this?

Yes, it is because of all the artificial sh>>>>t it contains, check for Asparmante an artificial sweetner, it is highly unhealthy. Oros also gives me a headache. Stay with pure fruit juice and water if you can.

I'm sure it is the Asparmante (also known as Equal). It will give terrible headaches. It also causes some people to become argumentative and even angry.

Its because of the sugar rush..high sugar contents gives me headaches too
