Pineapple Ice Cream Punch Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pint Vanilla ice cream
1 pint Pineapple sherbet
1 quart Pineapple juice -- chilled
1 quart Ginger ale -- chilled


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large punch bowl. Stir just enough to break up ice cream and sherbet


Coffee-Ice Cream Punch

Ingredients
1 quart chilled Coffee Concentrate*
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Dash of salt
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart chocolate ice cream
Garnishes: whipped cream, freshly grated nutmeg


Preparation
Whisk together 1 quart Coffee Concentrate and next 3 ingredients.
Scoop vanilla and chocolate ice creams into a punch bowl; add Coffee Concentrate mixture, gently stirring until ice cream slightly melts. Serve punch in glass mugs. Garnish, if desired.

*Strong brewed coffee may be substituted for Coffee Concentrate.

Makes about 13 cups

Cherry Ice Cream Punch


INGREDIENTS:
1 envelope cherry flavored drink powder (not sweetened)
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart carbonated water
PREPARATION:
Combine drink powder and sugar; dissolve in milk. Add scoops of ice cream and pour carbonated beverage over all. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 pts. vanilla ice cream
2 pts. orange sherbet
2 qt. bottles ginger ale

Method:
Combine first 3 ingredients until slightly mushy. Can be mixed on low speed of mixer. Pour in ginger ale slowly while mixing. Mixture should be thick and slightly lumpy. Fills large punch bowl.

1 quart chocolate ice cream
1 quart vanilla ice cream (can buy the 1/2 gallon with half choc and half van in it)
1/4 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup powdered cocoa mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 quarts water
1 cup Cool Whip


In a large pot bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add cocoa, sugar and coffee to the water and stir until dissolved.
Cover container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
30 minutes before serving, pour mixture into a bowl and add ice cream.
Stir until ice cream is partially dissolved.
Add cool whip and let it sit a few minutes before serving.
