I dont have a "tea time". I have breakfast (9am) ,Lunch (1pm) & Dinner (6.30/7'ish)

Well, here in Dubai we drink it usually at 8:00 Am and 5:00 Pm.
But you can drink it whenever you want:)
tea time is usually known as dinner time. so it can be anytime after 5 usually thought usually ppl eat around 6
"tea break" however is usually in between breakfast and lunch kinda like elevenses and in between lunch and dinner usually around 3. its when ppl get a cup of tea or coffee or soup and maybe a bar of chocolate or cake.
in America some ppl might call it a snack. t depends where you live!
in England its 4:00 pm, in some places in Scotland its 4 pm fellow by dinner at 8or 9pm. Other places they have whats call High Tea, at 6pm. it serves as a supper and consists of tea, a light main course, such as sausages or fish & chips and cakes! mmmmm, oh, in America, whenever, so please exuse me, i need Tea now!
