First, bring approximately 6 oz. of water to boil. As soon as the water starts boiling turn the water off.

Then places tea leaves in a special teaspoon or tea strainer about 1 or 2 pinches, or to taste milder or stronger, over tea leaves.

Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let it sit for about 3 minutes.

Sit back and enjoy the tea.

I think they have to be dried out first. Why would you buy something that you dont know what to do with ???

You cannot make tea with tea leaves...

Green tea has its own process and should not be made the same way as black tea. If you added green tea to boiling water it would "burn" it and make it bitter.

Green tea needs to steep for about 3-4mins in water that is about 275 F. So if you are boiling your water take it off the heat and let it sit for a minute or two so it cools off. Now you can add your tea leaves (about 1 pinch full, or 1 "teaspoon" full) to the water to steep. After 3-4 mins remove the leaves and enjoy.

The 3-4 mins really depends on your taste. Green tea is intended to be very light and enjoyable which is why it should not be steeped as long as black tea. If you want it lighter steep it for less time, stronger more time.

You can also use more tea leaves for a stronger taste and less for a lighter taste. After a week or so you will know just how you personally like the tea and will have developed a sort of system to make it perfect. Experimentation is the key.

Since you have loose tea (the best kind) I recommend you get some sort of device to help make your tea. Such as a cup/pot with a infuser or a tea ball. This will make it much easier for you to remove the tea when its time to drink it.

The best solution I know if is in the resource link below. Its called IngenuiTEA and is on the first page. I use mine every day constantly and often take it with me when I leave the house. Its amazing.

Cheers and Enjoy,
