What is your favorite thing in a coffee shop?!

Question: anything and everything

Answers: anything and everything

The smell of the coffee. I've been travelling a lot for work lately and it's nice to just stop in a Starbucks in the terminal, get a coffee or cappuchino, maybe one of those great apple danishes, and sit. A calm feeling comes over me!

the smell of coffee, yummmmm!

the coffe! what else? however, i also like the calm relaxed feel that comes with starbucks!

the atmosphere and aroma

decent non-drunk people!

ME!
Same as my favorite thing in a woman!
ROFLMBO!

If we're talking about a Starbucks...I love the people and atmosphere. I love working there and the customers we get are almost always nice and friendly.

And the smell is fantastic! Not to mention its warm inside when winter is outside.

I always order an espresso the first time in a coffee shop.
If the cup is bitter I know that the employees or the owner has no clue about real coffee and are just in it for the bucks. I do not return.
If the espresso is good, I next try an Americano. If that passes the test we are into cappacino with non-dairy.

The aroma of the coffee mixed with the sweet smell of pastries. I also love when the coffee shop has a ton of variety of food and drink. It helps if it is nice and cloudy outside and there is some nice jazz playing in the background.

Me!(I work in one)

But seriously...it used to be the aroma, however, working at one so much made be build up an immunity to the aroma at my store. Luckily, that immunity doesn't effect me at other coffee shops.
Also, most of the time, the people who work at coffee shops are friendly plus the atmosphere at most shops is nice, too. I can always listen to decent music(thank god that none of the shops I have been to play country music).
