go to topsecretrecipes.com and see if they have it, if not them google it, it's out there somewhere.

oh, here I did it for you

I have played with Todd's Wilburn's recipe for Starbuck's Frappuccino, until I have gotten it just the way I like it. Here is my recipe that half my family is hooked on and making. Enjoy!

This recipe makes 5 different flavors, if desired.
15 empty Starbuck bottles & lids (I mark with permanent marker a letter on 3 lids for the flavor of that batch - i.e. C=coffee, M=mocha, V=vanilla, etc.)

1 1/4 cups sugar
5 tsp. dry pectin
13 3/4 cups 2% milk - or Lactaid 100, 38% less fat (I use this since it has a longer shelf life, even though it costs a little more)
10 Tbsp. Maxwell House Italian Expresso Roast Coffee
5 1/2-3/4 cups water

Flavors -
1 tsp. unsweetenend cocoa or Quick drink mix,
1 Tbsp. of liquid coffee flavorings (sold in grocery store by coffee) vanilla, hazlenut, almond, almond roca, raspberry, irish creme, etc., desired amount of extracts, 1 Tbsp. liquid baking flavorings (i.e. cinnamon, praline, etc.)

1. Brew the 10 Tbsp. of coffee with the 5 1/2-3/4 cups cold water.

2. Get blender out and ready.

3. For each batch of 3 bottles...While coffee is still hot...measure out 2 3/4 cups milk, set aside...in blender, place 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp. pectin, any of the above flavorings (or make up your own)-for just plain coffee flavor, do not add any flavors, 1/2 cup of hot coffee and mix a few seconds at a low speed - #5 for me(too high and you get too much froth) to give sugar a chance to dissolve. While running pour in steadily the cold milk. Turn off after only a second or two of being mixed.

4. Pour into 3 prepared bottles.

5. Repeat the above for 4 more batches, changing flavors if desired. I try to do my flavors so that I don't have to rinse out the blender each time (i.e. coffee, vanilla, hazlenut, praline, mocha), saving the strongest flavor until
last.

I did try adding eggnog as part of the milk over Christmas, but wasn't crazy about it.

lol

You can buy Starbucks coffee or any high-end coffee you like. If you want to make a frappachino, you'll need a blender as well.

ummm.Buy cappuccino mix at the store =]

they sell the starbuks coffee in the store so just buy the syrups that you like to go with them.

just did a bit of research - the Starbucks Chocolate brownie Frappuccino is simply a Mocha Frappuccino with bits of chocolate brownie mixed in. Should be easy enough to replicate at home.

Here are a couple threads from this forum that discuss making frozen blended frappuccino style drinks. Making a coffee frappuccino into a mochas is as simple as adding the desired amount of extra chocolate sytrup (notice that the original clone recipe for a regular coffee frappuccino does call for a small amount of chocolate syrup but not enough to really taste the chocolate - you need to add more for a true mocha). Get some decent home-made or store bought brownies, break into chunks and toss into the blender in the final stages of blending or perhaps midway through the process. I think it should yield the desired result.

My current method utilizes

1) espresso ice cubes made from strong cafe Americano (about 3 parts espresso to 2 parts hot water) sweetened with a small amount of raw sugar (turbinado)

2) Premade liquid mixture made of the following ingredients per each 20 oz or so total volume of liquid

a) a pinch of salt - 1/8 teaspoon or less
b) small amount of vanilla - a 1/4 teaspoon or so
c) simple syrup to taste - equal parts raw sugar and water cooked until sugar is totally dissolved and then stored in fridge as a sweetening syrup (store bought chocolate syrup is sweet - I use less simple syrup when making mocha's because there's extra sweetness in the chocolate syrup)
d) a teaspoon of chocolate syrup for regular frappuccinos or a hefty dose (3 tablespoons or even a bit more) of chocolate syrup
e) two double shots of espresso (four shots total)
f) 1% milk to bring volume to 20 oz or so (skim milk just doesn't work but if you're trying to limit fat grams this tastes very good with 1%)

I make the mixture of the first ingredients and add the hot espresso then stir briskly to dissolve. Then I add the milk. Stir and pour it into a jar for storage in the fridge. Keeps for about a week if the milk is fresh.

When I'm ready for a drink I just add four or five cubes to the blender, shake the jar of mixture well to belnd settled ingredients (the chocolate settles) pour some in the blender and then add about 1/8 teaspoon of carageenan for a 16 or 20 oz drink while the blender is running. The brownie chunks could be added at the same time. Be careful not to overdo the carageenan as too much is nto a good thing.

Pull the starbucks bottle of frap out of the frig & nuke it in a coffee cup

well, there is coffee blends. They are basically starbucks coffee but made in your own coffee pot. Tastes good too!
