3 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups freshly-brewed maxwell house rich dark roast coffee

Heat milk in small saucepan on low heat until warm, stirring briskly and constantly with wire whisk to create foam.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Stir coffee into milk mixture.
Serve immediately (they recommend with Nilla wafers).
Other flavour option: 1/4 teaspoons almond extract instead of vanilla.

Sorry you can't. Because you have to steam the milk. I guess you could boil the milk instead of steaming. But frothing the milk is the most important part of the latte (latte meaning milk)

a latte doesn't need steamed milk, it just needs hot milk. the steamer causes the milk to foam and lattes don't have foam. make a double shot of espresso, add your vanilla syrup, and then fill the cup with hot milk. TA DA!! vanilla latte.

Use your blender at half speed. The milkwill foam hot or cold.

Heat the milk (not too hot, about drinking temperature), and shake it up a little, e.g in a cocktail shaker, hand milkshake maker.
Fill your glass just under a third of the way with espresso coffee, add vanilla syrup and stir. Then add the heated milk. You want the consistency of the milk to be thickish but with no big bubbles.

1) get in your car
2) drive to starbucks
3) order a latte.

i don't think it would be the same without steamed milk.

... though you could make an iced latte yourself, by pouring the espresso shots over ice, adding cold milk then shaking it.
