By number of drinks, i would say espresso since 75% of the drinks are espresso based and more people order drinks prepared by the Barista than those that just order a cup of coffee.
By volume of product it would coffee since an average espresso drink has two ounces and an average coffee has 16.
And, category 3 (cappucino) is really an espresso drink so I skipped that category.

it's coffee,milk,creme and what else, they use chocolate now for varieties.
Most of them are made out of Coffee and almost all have coffee in them, if they are not tea or a fruit drink.
In most the the beverages they put flavored powder to make the taste stronger and give it more of a distinct flavor!!!!
