How do i make nesquik milkshake so the chocolate mix dissolves fully?!

Shake it rather than stir. Put a lid on the top when you're done mixing ingredients, then shake it all up.

mix the powder with a little drop of hot water first to dissolve it

It helps if the Nesquik is fresh, and not been sitting in your cupboard forever. When it's fresh, it will dissolve more fully. Mmmmm...I think I'll have a glass myself now :-)
