I think one should take coffee or tea at night while one is online. what's your opinion?!

It depends on whether the caffine gets to you. I personally like a good cup of hot tea at night.

I choose a good cup of SLEEPY TIME tea at night. I am usually on the computer, have a good cup of tea next to me and well, it relaxes me to a point of wanting to get some good rest...

I like to drink chamomile tea at night to relax, but I can't drink caffeine after a certain hour. I'll be up all night and just a *tad* cranky in the morning.
