They are great. Healthier than drinking soda. My favorite is Strawberries Surf Rider. Delicious.

personally, i've never had it. But, i used to work at smoothie store and the place i worked used nonfat yogurt instead of milk...and, you wouldn't believe it it's so delicious. my favorite smoothie of all time would be strawberry banana with whipcream and cherry to top with that..

I love Jamba! even though its kind of expensive for smoothies that you can probably make at home haha. My fav is banana berry
