How to drink more water in a day???????!

Question: I use a cup that holds 16 ounces. Then I fill it up when I want water. I am getting 2 servings of water in one glass and don't really think about it. Just start drinking more water, like when you go into the kitchen grab a glass of water. Before you know it it will become habit.

Measure out the amount you need so you know how much you have left (like buy a big 32 oz water bottle and know you have to drink two over the course of the day). Also, consider adding lemon slices to make it more refreshing.

You can leave post-its around your house. Especially in the restroom because everytime you go in there you'll get reminded to drink another glass. And if you're drinking more water you'll have more trips to the restroom.

try adding flavor like lemon or lime

Well what you do is get rid of all of you soda (or other sugary dinks) plz dont drink them. Only keep like the orange juice and other juices that you like but buy only a half gallon a week or maybe two weeks so you dont drink it all the time. And when you are at work keep some water at your desk and have co-workers that are your friends help you not get up and drink soda now its ok to have it from time to time but i hope this helps....i know it helped my frined!

my fav is crystal light many flavors and not bad for ya either

when your thirsty pick up water instead of something else!

try drinking more flavor water or cool aid...
you will still get much water
