Drink the lowest percent that you can enjoy. If the rest of your diet is good, and you're healthy, don't worry too much. After a while you can try the next lowest again and it might not be so bad.

I used to use 2%, then I tried 1%, it's not as watery as skim, try that.

whole milk is usually 3.25% M.F.
If you are an adult, you really should be drinking skim, 1% or 2%.
I had a hard time switching, but now actually like 1% milk to taste the best. whole milk doesn't taste a fresh to me. don't give up.

What i love skim milk... only milk you see me drinking.
(:

But if i were you... drink 1% milk... a lil more thicker than skim milk.

Whole milk should only be used for growing up toddlers and young children because it gives them all the nutrients and FAT they need while they are developing.

I only drink skim because i'm not a fan of milk but it gives me all the nutrients whole milk has withouth the fat in it.

I'm sure 1%will taste better for you and will still be healthy! (;

whole milk has 8 grams of fat per 8 oz glass, while 2% has 5 grams per oz glass. Yeah, not that huge of a dif, especially if you love the flavor and want to just cut fat somewhere else in your diet.

I like whole milk, Anything else tastes like dishwater

i hate drinking milk..i feel like vomiting after drinking it..especially its cream..it's really boring..i don't know why it's created..milk is really good for health but i don't like it..
