Unknown Substance?!

Question: My little brother left a open glass of Martinelli's Apple Cider laying on his desk for about a month. I know, it's gross.

Anywhere there's this huge growth on it. What is this? Mold? It's blue, with darker blue circles. It's amazing looking.

Needless to say when I get done staring at, it's getting thrown out.
