Chocolate Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat frozen yogurt
3/4 cup coffee
3-4 ice cubes
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

those are just a few...have u ever tried chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, 1 large banana, 2 TB peanut butter, and a few icecubes?its soo good!

I use a fairly easy recipe.

2 1/2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, marionberries)

1 cup yogurt (I prefer vanilla)

1/2 cup juice (cranberry for me)

Add yogurt and juice to blender and blend. Add frozen fruit and blend till smooth.

I like this recipe because using frozen fruit keeps it thicker than if you used fresh fruit and ice. And it's much healthier than using ice cream.

The best way to make a smoothie is to just throw stuff together in a blender. All you need is juice (apple works well or any of those crystal light drinks work well too), yogurt (flavor doesn't matter), fruit (just not hard fruits), and some ice to thicken it.
