I just drank 4, double espresso's in under a minute. What is going to happen?!

Question: I drank this at 2.15 AM and it is now 2.16 AM, and I'm starting to feel tired. I effectively drank 8 espresso's or 4 double espresso's.
I'm probably going to drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration.

It already happened.

You are dead.

Welcome.

Glad you're okay. My dad died after having gone completely decaf for a long period, then having about 12 cups of regular during one long day of visiting relatives. That's serious stuff -- it is a drug, after all. Report It

  • nothing......its already too late.

You are going to have explosive diarhea

You will be going to the bathroom alot! And eventually feeling jittery!Good Luck!

well if your body can intake that much caffinee then nothing but the jitters if your slightly overdosed..
i did here of someone dieing for an overdose!
in one minute i'm more glad that you didn't drown!
    lol

You will need to pee alot

Regardless of how much you drink, at 2.15 am, the effect would only kick in at about 6 plus am. And if you happens to fall asleep during that time, with 4 doubles it would probably make you wakes up automatically.

Everyone differs in their body composition, but rule of thumb is 4 hours for caffeine to take effect and with such strong dose, it should have some effect.
