Vitamin Water - yes or no???!

Question: Yes to some flavors, no to others. Watch the calories though, it's like 150 if you drink a whole bottle.

Answers: Yes to some flavors, no to others. Watch the calories though, it's like 150 if you drink a whole bottle.

No, a glass of water and a multivitamin will work the same way, and it is less expensive.

Expensive and trendy.
Me, I take a multivitamin in the morning and go on...

I love them and I didn't realize the calorie thing though. I guess I will have to watch that. I also take prenatal vitamins so I have kind of wandered if I could be getting a little too much vitamin.

yes, I have one bottle just about every day

Yes, I love Vitamin Water but some taste a little too much like flavored vitamins....

Clever marketing, does nothing for health.

It's a waste of money. You're better off getting your nutrients from whole foods (vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean meats). They're less expensive that way, and more likely to be absorbed by your body.

Some waters with added nutrients contain a lot of sugar or other sweeteners, too, which your body doesn't need.

Bottled water is usually filtered tap water. Unprocessed tap water is more stringently tested for safety, and it usually contains fluoride. It's a healthier choice. If you don't like the taste of your tap water, try using a filter pitcher (Brita or Pur).

Im assuming your asking if its good for you.. but Im not sure of the question. Vitamin water is better than soda but not as good as water some people like me need something to drink that has flavor and since it has the word water in the title it makes you feel like your being helathy. Sobe has a new drink out called Sobe Water that is alot better for you but doesnt taste as good. Hopefully this answers your question.

try taking a vitamin and washing it down with some water - cheaper that way. Bottled water is a stupid waste of resources.

No, the vitamin water industry has been investigated and found that in a majority of vitamin waters there was found either no vitamins at all (contrary to what it is supposed to have) and those that do contain any vitamins have such a miniscule amount of vitamins that it is not beneficial at all.
